Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • Include photos or details of the defect for evaluation.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number

  • A description and photo of the defect

  • Any other relevant details

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send back any items without prior approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products without defects

  • Perishable, custom, or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
